In the case of embryo transfer, the above fees are considered a non-refundable flagfall. Multiple ovulation embryo transfer (MOET) incurs $550 per additional pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound at 60 days (>1).
Travel expenses will be charged at 55c/km plus accomodation.
Mobile natural matings attract a $220 surcharge per trip plus 55c/km travel, plus accomodation if necessary. Mobile natural matings will only be undertaken for a minimum of 2 matings booked per trip.
Bulk matings will be invoiced at applicable standard fee with 5th mating discounted to realise bulk rate.
Natural mating fees will be invoiced on confirmation of pregnancy or 60 days after mating performed. Including travel surcharge and expenses.
Embryo transfer flagfall and subsequent travel expenses are invoiced within 7 days of mating. Additional fee/s for MOET are invoiced on ultrasounded confirmation of each additional pregnancy at 60 days after mating performed
Weill provide a live birth guarantee for natural matings performed by Halcyon staff with any one of the Halcyon stud sires. No live birth guarantee applies to embryo transfer matings.
Applicable A4 forms will be provided on receipt of full payment.
